| The Guadalcanal Giants can be found in the 1,000 square kilometre area of Tropical Jungle Mountains that are West Of Mt. Popomanaseu. Refer: ‘Guadalcanal, Encarta Interactive World Atlas’. Ask any Guadalcanal Islander why there has never been a hut built in this area, or why nobody owns any land in this area and why they don’t go there, and see what they say? You’ll be surprised! To be a little precise, ‘the 20 kilometre long valley’ facing the northwest from Mt. Makarakomburu and the surrounding valleys are where the bulk of this surviving Hominid species are living. Refer: ‘Encarta Virtual Flightsâ €™, or any maps. Treat Encarta like a ‘Treasure Map’ and you cannot go wrong. The key to the ‘full-zoom’ of the Island’s map, is to consider that the dots seen there are, more often that not, a sole leaf-hut. As a thumb-rule, the areas on the map that do not have any signs of inhabitation, such as dots, are the territories of the Giants. Just ask any Guadalcanal Islander! |
