The Guadalcanal Giants can be found in the 1,000 square kilometre area of Tropical Jungle Mountains that are West
Of Mt. Popomanaseu. Refer: ‘Guadalcanal, Encarta Interactive World Atlas’.

Ask any Guadalcanal Islander why there has never been a hut built in this area, or why nobody owns any land in this
area and why they don’t go there, and see what they say?  You’ll be surprised!

To be a little precise, ‘the 20 kilometre long valley’ facing the northwest from Mt. Makarakomburu and the
surrounding valleys are where the bulk of this surviving Hominid species are living. Refer: ‘Encarta Virtual Flightsâ
€™, or any maps.

Treat Encarta like a ‘Treasure Map’ and you cannot go wrong. The key to the ‘full-zoom’ of the
Island’s map, is to consider that the dots seen there are, more often that not, a sole leaf-hut.

As a thumb-rule, the areas on the map that do not have any signs of inhabitation, such as dots, are the territories of
the Giants. Just ask any Guadalcanal Islander!
The west part of this Island is where the majority of these Giants are located
