| 17th Annual Spooky City Saturday - October 28th Downtown Burlington & The Haunted Woods Click Here for Video Presentation and Slide Show ALSO IN BURLINGTON SATURDAY Costume Party Moms 'n Tots kick off the celebration at 10 a.m. in Wehmhoff Square, next to the library followed by the 2005 Halloween Parade. Safe Trick or Treating Downtown business will hand out treats to all costumed children from 11 a.m to noon, or while supplies lasts. Each business will have a green alien hanging outside their entrance that are participating in the trick or treating. Word Search Parents can jouin the fun by searching for words on display at participating businesses. After completing the spooky phrase form printed in the newspaper, adults can enter to win a price package. FREE Kids Matinee & Midnight Movie The Plaza Theater will host FREE showings of 'Kicking and Screaming' during the day. PLUS , new this year, adults are invited to a midnight showing of the classing 'Nightmare on Elmstreet II' FREE HAUNTED HAYRIDES Mary Sutherland will be your guide on the Free Haunted Hayrides, showing you the local haunts , Indian Burial Grounds, Underground Tunnels and places Skeletons have been unearthed from under some of the local business places! Yikes!
