| IN SEARCH OF ATLANTIS AND KING SOLOMONS MINES THE OLD RED LAND At one time our earth looked very different then it does today - As a matter of fact - our earth, at one time , looked like a large Island surrounded by water . All the continents were together as one super continent known as Pangea . This Land was later to be called Lemuria. The people all lived together in peace , spoke one language, and lived by the Law of One. - very different than what we have today. Lemuria had satelites, of which Atlantis was one. As time went by, Atlantis parted ways with the Lemurians and started their own cultures, based on a priest/ kingship heirarchy which governed the people. This governmental system stands yet today. This ancient map shows what earth looked like during the end of the Permian Age. It was during this time that North America ( Laurentia) collided with Northern Europe, then called Baltica. This is what came to be known as the Old Red Sandstone Continent..or as the American Natives call it ' The Old Red Land'. The latter part of the Permian Age, called the Permian- Triassic Period had the largest extinction the world has ever experienced. About 90 percent of all species vanished in this mass extinction 250 million years ago. Approximately 85% of all marine species and 70% of all terrestrial species went extinct in less than one million years. This period has since been referred to as 'The Great Dying'. For more information on my 'Great Dying' research Click here Now jumping ahead in the history of Earth and her people.. I will take you to the Cretaceous Period, which marked in North America and Europe extensive submergence of the continents. The Cretaceous period was marked in North America and Europe, by extensive submergence of the continents. During the Cretaceous period it appears that Europe, Greenland, and North America were still connected moving northwestward. At the beginning of the Cretaceous in North America, the Mexican Sea of the late Jurassic period spread over Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and parts of Arizona, Kansas, and Colorado. During later Cretaceous period the Colorado Sea became the greatest of the North American Mesozoic seas and extended all the way from Mexico up into the Arctic, covering most of central North America. Near the end of the Cretaceous the conditions in the west were similar to those of the Carboniferous period with swamps and bogs forming which would later become valuable deposits of coal. During the close of the Cretaceous period, the Rockies and the East Andes mountains became elevated and there were extensive flows of lava. The Appalachians, which had been reduced almost to a base level by erosion, were rejuvenated, and the seas retreated from all parts of the continent. The mountains in North Carolina continued to experience erosion. During the last half of the period, eastern areas sank slowly below sea level and the ocean invaded the Coastal Plain. Rocks in the Blue Ridge and Piedmont rose slightly. The traditions of people everywhere throughout the world refer to a series of world ages, each terminated by a natural catastrophe of cosmic dimensions, in which raining fire and stones, tidal waves, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, thunderbolts, etc., contributed to the general destruction of the earth and its inhabitants. These traditions refer to actual events which occurred not in the dim past, but well within recorded history. The Cherokee speak about coming from the 'OLD RED LAND ' Most thought that this had to have been Venus. My belief is that the Old Red Land is not Venus but Old Earth. Click the following link Mary Sutherland EDEN IN NORTH AMERICA " In 1492 Columbus searched the Ocean Blue to see if the Old Maps were True" Columbus was very aware that an Eden in North America existed. He searched old maps and followed up on oral reports of ancient world seafaring travelers. In a miltary report, a Guanche chief named TIRAJANA, claimed that his ancestors were far greater sailors than the Spaniards, because they traveled regularly to the end of the ocean, over the horizon of the sunset to a great land. Columbus heard the story of the old chief and followed up on it by visiting him. Through a Spanish translator, he repeated to Columbus the same traditon of these voyages , but also quite importantly told him about a great underwater stream (current?) that carried their ships directly from their island home across the sea back to the great land in the West. THE SOLOMON MINES AND THE BRONZE AGE According to the lunar date given in Plato's dialogues and corraborative Egyptian records, Atlantis was destroyed in the month of Goddess Hathor, roughly corresponding to our November, 1198 BC, the approximate time Michigans copper mines were abandoned. The 14,000 BC date stated by Plato as the year in which Atlantis sank was an interpreters error brought about by failing to properly tanscompute the Egyptian lunar time scale into Greek solar calendar. The trade routes to North America were considered National Secrets. After the destruction of Atlantis, the knowledge of the Copper producing country was lost..and thus ended the Bronze Age. Plato additionally described the destruction of Atlantis as having been so cataclysmic, the waters outside the Straits of Gibraltor were impassible because of the thick carpet of volcanic debris that congested the nearby ocean, effectively preventing passage beyond the Mediterrean ocean. An ancient name for Atlantis was Appalachia . Being so it stands to reason that Atlantean treasures would be found in the Appalachian Mountain Area.. |
