Don Pilz was raised and served in the military for his first twenty years. On August 2nd 1996, in Indiana, he had an encounter of the most 'unusual' kind.
Having flown on several different aircrafts and seen many things, the phenomena he witnessed that morning on Aug. 2, 1996 was nothing he had ever experienced before.
At first, Don thought what he was looking at was a blimp, but then noticed that it wasn't tethered at either end and it was lumpy and seemed to wobble. He then realized what it was doing.
It was raising itself up vertically from a fixed horizontal position in the sky, (Like raising a dirty dime up from a table with a magnet) and leaving it balanced on top. Once it was on top it
immediately began to glow white inside, (Like a dim light bulb becoming brighter for a fraction of a second and then dimmed again or pulsed). When it did this I could see inside and there was
a dark grayish matter at the bottom (It was offset to the right of center). As soon as the whiteness was at its brightness, it moved to the left (South) in a perfectly straight line for about a
1000 feet. At first Don thought it was going into a cloud to hide, but it didn't. It went in front of the cloud. That's when he could better judge its size and distance. It was approximately 250
feet in diameter. It was about 50 feet above the cloud ceiling, and approximately 1-1/2 to 2 miles west of my position.
When it moved in front of a cloud he immediately noticed the left side of this perfectly circular object was disappearing (There was a slit or opening in the sky in front of the cloud). It
continued into the opening until it completely disappeared into the cloud. While I observe this event I felt time slow way down, almost to a point that it stopped. It felt like driving into
molasses and being hit with Novocain. I know this happened because I began to worry, (I have not worried like that since the last firefight I fought on football island in Vietnam in 1969). I
began to worry because I could not turn my head, but I still had my peripheral vision. The Fishers overpass was still there and we were about to hit a column underneath it. That's when the
object completely entered the opening and disappeared. Time then resumed to normal and I had control again. I said out loud "Hell lets do that again! ". He turned the radio on to hear the
news, but nothing was reported, not even later on television evening news.
The next day Aug. 3, 1996, Don read an article in the Indianapolis Star Newspaper that the National Weather Services Doppler Radar Station at Indianapolis had detected unusual rings on their
screens . They reported to the news media that they didn't know what would cause such a phenomena, but they did received two reports of birds taking flight all at the same time together.
On Aug. 5, 1996 Don called the NWS station at Indy and reported to two meteorologists whathe had witnessed that morning. He answered their questions and they decided to meet and view
the rings on the radar screen. When saw the rings he said " That's not birds", and the meteorologist stated " No their not, we know that now".
He went home and never discussed the event again, except with a meteorologist at the North Webster Station. This station was constructed about a year later about 23 miles from his home.
It's called NEXRAD for next generation Doppler radar because it is linked with all other Doppler's to one main office in one location.
The reason he choose to speak about it is because he spoke with a gentleman who is a pilot and he told him about an event when he flew into an opening some 30 yrs. ago. They both believe
that our events are directly related. Don and the pilot are both seeking scientific explanations. The one thing he does know is that it left its calling card! And the next time this pattern of
rings first begins to develope we have about 3-1/2 hrs. Before the soft spot opens and it arrives and departs through the opening.Don believes N.O.A.A. knows this and that's why hundreds of

One dramatic account is the case of a 28 year old man. He had been in severe depression and hopelessness without direction for 11 years. He contacted Stephanie through e-mail wanting an
appt ,and pouring out his heart and grief.She e-mailed him back immediately and told him she would be "visiting" him ahead of his appointment in three weeks and sending the OM. Within
hours after recieving her e-mail ,he reported he began to feel hope for the first time in 11 years his body felt light and in a few days all hope was restored, all depression gone, and he knew his

Another profound account is the case of a fourteen year old girl.Her mother reported on the phone to Stephanie her daughter had been in deep depression for two weeks and was weak and
sick locked in her room.Staying on the on the phone with the mother,Stephanie reached out into the air .She described to the mother she was now "laying her hand "on her daughter's head.
She described to the mother the details of her daughter's room, and the position the daughter's head was turned under her hand. She prayed for the daughter and sent the OM to the girl. A
half hour later, the mother reported to Stephanie her daughter got up out of her bed filled with energy , happy and smiling, all depression was gone.She told her mother she felt light over
her body just before she came out of her room.

| QUANTUM SIGHT Copyright 2004 Mary Sutherland I have been playing with the idea of 'quantum sight'. Don't feel confused over the name...I made it up..But let me define my new word . 'Quantum sight is a language/sight based on vibration'. This is the language of the extraterrestrial (of which) the ultraterrestrial uses as well. They ARE contacting us daily..but we do not hear them because we are not vibrationally aware enough to pick up the vibrations sent to us. The reason they picked the area of China/India is because of the vibrational advancement of the monks and practioners of vibrational religions there. We used to have this quantum sight before the Tower of Babel. This was when one world people spoke one language. Due to the frequency barrier produced during the time of the Tower of Babel we lost this ability.Now that the frequency barrier is weakening we are again getting it back...However..we do not understand it. Being that we don't understand , we ignore the messages coming in. Passing them off as imagination or unexplained thoughts or voices in our head. Quantum sight will involve exercising once again our third eye. You will know when it begins to work because of a swelling and pulsing sensation . Try this exercise to improve the quantum sight. Concentrate on the third eye. Send one message of love out through the third eye directing it to the universe. Relax. Open third eye and receive a message. Believe in the message coming in. Do not question it, as it closes down the spiritual eye and activates the 3d mind. Do this a few minutes every day. Ask for a teacher and the universe will appoint one for you. He/She will be your personal instructor. Trust in your teacher, but always remember to discern the spirit. I came up with this idea of Quantum Sight by watching Nature. Nature seems to have an unspoken word that they, including the animals, fish and birds understand. It could only be one thing. A language of vibration. This has to be the universal language. This is why we 'think' the aliens have 'only' contacted the world government leaders. We are wrong. They have contacted us and have done so all along. It is just that the world government leaders have this language figured out and the aliens are able to communicate with them. It is their only hope until we develop our quantum language skills.
