Investigating a Crop Circle
Trevor Wisconsin
June 23, 2005
Mary Sutherland Copyright 2005
This Crop Circle is the first we have found since the Mayville Crop Circle of 2003.
At this time, we are desperately getting photos and video documention of this crop circle before the wheat is cut.
Although we have managed to get some ground shots, right now we are in the process of finding someone that can provide aerial shots so that
we can get the full scope of this circles design.

We also took soil and wheat samples to be analyzed.

The location of this field is in Trevor Wisconsin - Hwy 83 and JH .

VIDEO CLIP - Part One

Part one Shows the Two Outer Rings around the 2 Circles within.
I walked off the Cirlces from Outer Ring to Outer Ring.
North - South 55 Feet
East -   West 55 Feet
This Crop circle is older than the Mayville one and as you will see in this clip, the wheat is starting to come back up again within the inner circles -
Although I would have liked to seen a nice neat Inner Circle such as the Mayville's. this one does show one thing quite important - and that is the
shafts of the wheat were not damaged or broken when the circle was created - merely tightly pushed down.

VIDEO CLIP - PART TWO

Will be focused on the Inner 2 Circles
Will try to have up sometime today.
It all started with this email

Dear Mr and Mrs. Sutherland,

There looks to be a formation in the field near my house in Trevor, WI
on Rt.83 on the West side of the road (just North of Antioch).  I
haven't physically gone into the field, but it could be that someone
drove a vehicle to make the formation.  The funny thing is that I don't
see any tracks going into the field on either of the two sides.  Just
thought you might be interested

Dear Mary,

I hope all is well!
The ICCRA would sure like to help - give me a call
I might be able to get free to travel up there
this weekend...
Let me know, we are always very interested

Jeff will be providing a plane for aerial shots .
We can then have a better view of  the circle's design.

Dear Mary,

Here is a rough and quick .pdf of all the Wisconsin crop circle reports that I have on record - I added a new, short entry for the Trevor formation
with one of your photos (with an acknowledgement to you).  Feel free to post the info if you would like on your site.  Thanks again for notifying us
so quickly about the formation.

I'll be leaving around 2 pm tomorrow (EDT) from the Cincinnati area for Trevor.  We should have at least 4 and perhaps as many as 8-9
researchers coming in for this formation from several states.  I'll have all my equipment, and others will be bringing additional equipment as
well.

I hope you'll be able to gain the farmer's permission for entry for us - that would help us save time.  We'll be getting aerial photos first thing.

Will you be able to meet with us on Saturday morning when we arrive at the field?

Sincerely,

Jeffrey Wilson

INVESTIGATION CONCLUSION
Unfortunately this Crop Circle is Man-Made.
After we were able to get an aerial shot and get into the circle with professional crop circle investigators it quickly became quite obvious
what we were dealing with.
Nice Try Guys - But we are on to you.
