At 1st I didn’t even know what I had captured in the pictures I was just out snapping shots of the sunset
& didn’t see these with my own eyes, I only saw them when I came home & downloaded them to my
laptop. The second batch that I got I went out and snapped close to 600 pictures trying to “Catch�
more shots of them, again I didn’t see any of them with my own eyes, just what the camera caught.

OH that reminds me! I saw 2 of the oddest things in the last 2 days!
First was 2 days ago, 27th of april. I was driving into palmyra, and over the lake before i turned the corner I
saw light and like...rails, in the sky. Then that "pocket" closed like a door and it was normal sky again.
Almost like someone opened a door in the sky.
The 2nd was a brief flash of light, it was so fast i dont think anyone who doesn't know to look for this stuff
would have seen it, but of course being around you I look for odd things! But it was so brief and it lit the sky
up to daylight, then it was gone again...followed by a low rumble like thunder. Lightning doesn't flash that
bright, and thunder that soon after would have been a really loud crash, not the low rumble I heard...

over the place there including the Tampa airport.

4-08 - 5-08 Port Washington Ufo Sighting
Hello, my name is Tony. I am from Port Washington, Wisconsin I met you last Sunday when I came with Penny to visit the enchanted forest. I
encountered my first UFO a little over a month ago, and ever since I have been seeing them every single day.. I seem to be able to communicate
with them nonverbally.. its hard to explain. I've been reading through your website, which is simply amazing, for the last week or so and you said
you were using a cannon camera and I realized that my parents actually had one that they keep in the basement after never figuring out how it
worked. I couldn't get it to work right most the night, but at around 3:30am I went outside for a cigarette and there was a pretty close 'orb' floating
around in the sky right outside of my house (They like to try to get my attention for some reason :P) For the next hour I was snapping away and I
could NOT BELIEVE what I was getting as results...
I have a total of about 40 pictures, and the best part is I was out there when the sun was making its way up, so I have some that are taken in broad
daylight!
The strangest part was that 2 of the pictures have this sudden burst of red/orangish stuff that DEFINITELY has some sort of things inside of it... I
am in awe when I look at the full resolution photographs, and if you aren't too busy I was wondering if you wouldn't mind taking a look and
providing me with some insight on these.. All the pictures were taken of the same orb within the timespan of about an hour.
I wrote back to Tony and told him that these photos remind me alot of something Corral Gayle and I got several years back off Mormon Road

Hello Mary, It`s Mic Royal from Nova Scotia. I recently moved to the bay of fundy, near cape
split. On sunday we were having a family outing, when the kids saw an object moving up in the
clouds. I grabbed my camera, but i did not make it out on time, to get the shot. Later on, just
before the sun set, many silent objects appeared and finally I was able to capture them on film.
This is happening alot here where I live, it has bothered us. I sent the pics out yesturday, but no
one replied yet. We honestly don`t know what they are, they look like disc and crosses. Just
yesturday we had a none believer come here and he gave us a hard time...until one showed up to
help us stand our ground. We also got pictures of yesturdays object. I was wondering if you could
tell me what you think they are...UFO`S, drones or something different

What i found most interesting is the boys on the bike...
Note they are showing clear in the photo, but the background is blurred ...which is a great
indicator that a vortex has been open which causes blurring...so the 'rod shaped' items would 'to
me' a vortex created by these rod shaped ufos Mary

I was reading the postings on you website at http://www.burlingtonnews.net/ufotennesseeoakridge.html and wanted to share my own
story which also seems to have a connection to Oak Ridge area sightings.
One Summer evening in 1978 (exact date lost to memory), when I was 9 years old, my father, mother and sister and I were driving
home from a trip to the store via Middlebrook Pike. It was twilight as we headed west toward the intersection of Weisgarber Road
and Middlebrook Pike.
As we approached the intersection, a large, brilliantly lit craft caught our eyes. It was a slow moving oval shaped craft which appears
to be about four to five stories in high and was only a couple of hundred feet in altitude. As it approached from the Northwestern sky,
we could see that is had an incredibly bright light shinning upward from the top of the craft like a spot light. There also seemed to be
steam coming from the top. The light was so bright in fact that it left a bright spot on the ceiling of clouds above.
As it came closer, we could also see that the craft was covered with literally thousands of small lights of every color which seemed to
cycle through the color spectrum. It had many long rods protruding from its side which were also covered in these multicolored,
dynamic lights. Some of the rods seemed to be moving while others seemed stationary.
I asked my father to stop the car so we could get out and watch the craft, but he said no in a nervous voice I was not used to hearing
from him. We kept driving. Traffic was heavy, and even slowed a bit because so many commuters were distracted by the object. As
we continued our drive home, I did see a few cars pull off the road and into the grass. I even saw one man trying to take a picture of
the craft with a camera as he leaned on the roof of his car.
When we arrived home, my friends ran into my yard and said, “you’ll never guess what we saw.� I told them we had seen
it too and they describe the craft exactly. They said it came very low over the neighborhood (Canby Hills Road) crossing Mountain
Creek Lane (a Cul-De-Sac) and headed slowly Southeeast. They said it made absolutely no sound as it drifted across the night sky.
For days, my friends and I watched the news hoping to see a report about the incident. However, no report even came.
Recently, it occurred to me that I could use the two known points of sighting (1- Middlebrook Pike/Weisgarber Rd and 2- Montain
Creek Lane Cul-De-Sac) to plot the possible flight path of the object. After doing this I discovered an interesting possibility. If the
object flew in a straight line from the Northwest as it appear to be doing, then it would have passed directly over the restricted
airspace of Oak Ridge National Laboratories. Surely, such a sighting would not have gone unnoticed over such a facility.
I know many people who still remember the event and can describe it in equal detail. I would be interested in hearing from others, via
this site, who may have witnessed what we saw that evening. I find it very strange that an event witnessed by so many people never

Good Morning Mary, I was perusing your site as I do from time to time while I
talking to a friend of mine and I was wondering if perhaps you'd be able to help
me out in any way. My friend is researching a case from Pontiac, MI that took
place on July 7, 1947. We were wondering if by chance if you had any info in the
way if there were any witnesses that were still around that saw the event or at least
knew of it. Or if you had any additional information that too would be helpful and
greatly appreciated. Heres a description of the event per the witness:
Case 651 -- July 7, 1947 near Pontiac, Michigan: Albert Weaver, 37-year-old
tool and die maker of Pontiac,
reported that he and two unidentified friends had seen three objects come "sailing
over Orchard Lake Country Club" in the evening around sundown.
According to Weaver, who said he had previously scoffed at reports of discs, he
and his companions were "amazed" when three objects came into view over a hill,
"about 150 feet high," and traveling at about 100 miles an hour.
The discs, Weaver said, were about two feet in diameter, about two inches thick
at the edges, and four to six inches thick in the middle. They appeared to have
holes in them, he said. His two companions disagreed with his size estimates: they
thought that the diameter of the discs had been five feet.
One man said "they appeared to have a control tower on top."
The photograph taken by Weaver shows only two objects, dark against the bright
background of the sky, and with no reference points showing -? at least in the
available reproductions. One of the objects looks suspiciously like a phonograph
record;
the other is difficult to visualize as a disc, unless a large protuberance on one of its
lateral surfaces is the "control tower" referred to. Nothing could be learned from
the local papers about the photographer and local accounts were not available.

Earliest UFO sightings in Nebraska date back to 1897

Newspaper reports from that period chronicled a series of sightings in Nebraska,
Iowa, Wisconsin and Illinois.
The first sightings started on the night of April 5, 1897, in Omaha with more than a
100 people witnessing the appearance of a flying object approximately 12 foot long
, spherical in shape, shiny with a steel-like body. The term UFO had not been
coined at this time.
The reports said the object became so luminous that the brightness awakened
people from their sleep as the light flooded through their bedroom windows. Many
of the witnesses went into a panic.
Several nights later, in Sioux City, Iowa, another craft, cigar-shaped, attracted
more attention from the people there.
Similar sightings that night were reported in Cedar Rapids and Burlington Iowa.
The mysterious object was reported to be elongated with a glaring headlight of
some kind and a shiny steel haul, gliding along with a “hissing� sound.
A couple of nights later, on April 10, a Chicago newsstand dealer, Walter
McCann, took a picture of one with his camera at Rogers Park. The pictures
revealed a elongated ovoid shape.
The same day in Mount Carroll, Illinois, more witnesses reported seeing the same
type of object and again describing it as elongated and ovoid shaped. That night a
slender object with rotating red and green lights on both sides appeared over
Chicago where hundreds could see it and did from the downtown Chicago Loop,
Evanston and Lakeshore.
Later hundreds more seen in Quincy, Illinois a slender cigar-shaped craft describing
this one with a 'bright white light' on the front and red and green lights on both sides
of it with a shiny aluminum like surface. After hovering in an area at abount 500 ft. it
left at a 'tremendous speed'.
Still later that night, in Wisconsin, a craft was reportedly seen in the Wausau
area. According to other sightings from the area, it was reported an egg-shaped
craft remained in the skies over Wisconsin for several hours. Several hundred
witnesses claim to have watched the craft as it hovered over city hall in Milwaukee.
The awestruck spectators stood watching the craft as its lights moved forwards and
backwards.
The next night, in Minnesota, a cigar shaped crafted was spotted by R.G. Adams
over Minneapolis, Minnesota.
By April 12th, more reports had come in from Wisconsin .
By April 14th, a cigar shaped craft was reported over Indiana.
Continuing East, on April 19, a similar type craft , described as approximately 180
feet long with red, white and green lights appeared in Cochransville, Ohio.
Author Michael David Hall wrote a book on the sightings called “A Century of
Sightings.

Later hundreds more seen in Quincy, Illinois a slender cigar-shaped craft describing
this one with a 'bright white light' on the front and red and green lights on both sides
of it with a shiny aluminum like surface. After hovering in an area at abount 500 ft. it
left at a 'tremendous speed'.
Still later that night, in Wisconsin, a craft was reportedly seen in the Wausau
area. According to other sightings from the area, it was reported an egg-shaped
craft remained in the skies over Wisconsin for several hours. Several hundred
witnesses claim to have watched the craft as it hovered over city hall in Milwaukee.
The awestruck spectators stood watching the craft as its lights moved forwards and
backwards.
The next night, in Minnesota, a cigar shaped crafted was spotted by R.G. Adams
over Minneapolis, Minnesota.
By April 12th, more reports had come in from Wisconsin .
By April 14th, a cigar shaped craft was reported over Indiana.
Continuing East, on April 19, a similar type craft , described as approximately 180
feet long with red, white and green lights appeared in Cochransville, Ohio.
Author Michael David Hall wrote a book on the sightings called “A Century of
Sightings.
